How do I get a quote?

I’ve had a quote and want to place my order
If you are ready to place your order, simply let our team know that you would like to proceed and we will send you your order confirmation. You will then need to provide us with your artwork.
Can I order a sample?
Of course! If you are happy with the quote but want to check the product before ordering, we can send you a plain stock product to you for inspection. Charges may apply.
Do I need to return the sample?
If the sample is free of charge then you can keep the sample. If there is a cost for the sample then you will be asked to either return the sample or pay for the sample (this amount will be reimbursed if you choose to order the product.)
What format should my artwork be in?
We ask that you send your artwork in a AI or an outlined .EPS file. If you do not have the correct file format, we can covert your artwork for a small charge. Please email email@example.com for more information.
What if I don’t have artwork?
We may be able to design your artwork for you. Additional fees apply. Get in touch for more information.
What is origination?
Origination is the process of setting up the artwork correctly ready to be printed onto your product.
Will I see an example of the product before production?
Yes, we will send you a digital mock-up of your artwork on the product. You will need to approve the artwork before we proceed to production.
When can I expect delivery?
Each product has a different lead-time so please be aware that some products take longer to brand than others. This will be made clear at the time of ordering.
How do I track delivery?
We can provide tracking details on request. One the products are ready for dispatch, most items are delivered the following business day.
Can I ship internationally?
Quotes for carriage will typically include delivery to one UK mainland address. If you wish to ship outside of the UK, we can arrange this for you. Additional charges will apply.
Can I arrange my own shipping?
You will not be able to arrange your own shipping unless agreed with the Managing Director.
I have a very tight deadline, can you help?
We have certain express products which can be used when you have a tight deadline. We will always do our best to meet your requirements.
How do I pay for my order?
Once the order has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice. The terms are 30 days from receipt of the order and payment should be made by BACs.
I have received the products and they are not what I expected, what should I do?

I would like to change my order, what should I do?
If your artwork and order confirmation have not been signed off, you can change your order at any time. However, once your artwork and order confirmation have been signed off, you will be unable to make changes to your order as it will have been sent to production.
I can’t find what I’m looking for on your website, what should I do?
We offer a vast range of promotional merchandise and, although there are thousands of products on the website, there are still unusual branded items which we can source for you which may not directly appear in the search results.
